Lampuga alla Livornese
– mahi mahi sautéed with white wine, garlic, oregano,
capers, kalamata olives, tomato sauce

Pollo, Salmone or Tilapia al Limone – chicken, salmon, or tilapia sautéed with
capers, lemon juice and white wine

Pollo or Salmone alla Griglia – marinated and grilled chicken breast or salmon fillet

All Secondi are served with rosemary roasted potatoes and a vegetable.

Traditional menu

For this menu, we can serve appetizers for everyone family style; then each
guest would be served an individual primi, entree and dessert that they would
choose for themselves.  Prices for this type of menu would run anywhere from
$25.95 and upper person depending on the menu items that you select for your
guests to choose from.
  



Limited menu:  each guest can choose from their own menu that is designed by
the host.

 The following is an example of a past menu (32.95 per person)  


The Menu:  Traditional service each guest will have a choice from each of the following
categories
.

Appetizer:
Bruschetta
– Homemade toasted bread with chopped tomatoes, garlic, extra virgin
olive oil and basil.

Caprese- sliced tomato topped with fresh mozzarella, basil an extra virgin olive oil.

Antipasto Misto – grilled an marinated vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms)

Insalata Mista – Spring mix greens tossed with carrots and cherry tomatoes in
balsamic vinaigrett

Penne Pomodoro e Mozzarella- Penne pasta sautéed with tomato sauce, fresh
mozzarella, basil, parmigiano

Tagliatelle Bolognese – Thin ribbon shaped egg pasta sautéed in a hearty three meat
sauce and topped with Parmigiano cheese.

Pizza Margherita- tomato sauce, mozzarella, fresh basil

Pizza Sarda – tomato sauce, mozzarella, sausage, pecorino shavings.
 

Second Course:
Pollo Al Limone
– Fresh Chicken breast sautéed with lemon juice, capers and white
wine

Salmone alla Griglia – Marinated and grilled fillet of salmon.

All Secondi come with rosemary roasted potatoes and vegetable.

Dessert:        
Tiramisu - Ladyfingers soaked with coffee and rum layered with mascarpone cheese
and dusted with cocoa.

Panna Cotta - Creamy egg-less flan served with a caramel sauce

Fresh Fruit – Seasonal fresh fruit
                 





Cocktail Reception  $15.95 per person

Number of Guests:        40- 75

The Menu: to be served Buffet style and with a Food Pass.  The minimum
number is 40 people.  This is a standing reception with limited seating available.  
Guests may order from cash bar or preplan for 2-drink package added to
price-$25.95 per person.

Calamari Fritti
– Deep fried squid served with marinara sauce

Suppli - rice balls filled with fresh mozzarella and deep fried

Crocchette- potato crocchette

Verdure Fritti - Seasonal vegetables dipped in a light batter and deep fried

Olive Ascolane – jumbo olives filled with sausage and deep fried

Rotolini di Zucchini e Melanzane
- grilled zucchini and eggplant filled with goat
cheese and sun dreid tomatoes

Asparagi e Bresaola - Asparagus rolled with air dried cured beef

Prosciutto e Melone - Seasonal melon wrapped with Prosciutto di Parma

Olive Misti - mixed spicy olives

Insalata Tricolore served on Belgian endive points – arrugula, radicchio, endive,
beets, Parmigiano shavings lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil
